I used to try and bluff my way out, and I really became quite good at talking my way out of a difficult situation where I had not heard everything.

I spent so much energy on this, simply because I wanted to be as normal as everybody else. Naturally, it was a grind for me to listen to lectures because I had difficulties understanding what people were saying.

The hearing aids have changed my life. I am now able to enjoy my studies and make the most of my life.
